Your Choice

On your first visit, a banner asks which non-essential categories you allow: analytics and marketing. Nothing in those two categories loads until you answer, refusing takes exactly one click, and no box is ticked in advance. Your answer is kept in a first-party cookie named cookie_consent for one year, and you can change it whenever you like.

The stored answer carries a version number. If we add a category or change what one covers, the banner asks again rather than treating an older answer as consent to something it never mentioned.

Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. They enable core features like page navigation, locale preferences, and secure access. These cookies do not collect personal information and cannot be disabled.

• Locale preference: remembers your language choice (English or French)
• Session management: maintains your session during analysis
• Consent choice (cookie_consent): remembers which categories you allowed, so the banner does not ask again on every page

Analytics Cookies

We use PostHog to understand how visitors move through the site: which pages get read, how far an analysis gets, where people leave. Analytics consent is what allows PostHog to keep an identifier on your device so those visits can be joined into a session.

• PostHog (PostHog Inc., United States): stores an identifier in your browser's local storage once you allow the analytics category
• Until you allow analytics, and after an "Essential only" answer, PostHog runs in memory-only mode: no cookie, no local storage entry, and an identifier that is discarded as soon as the page is closed
• We never send your email address to PostHog, and a page reached from one of our emails is never recorded by its URL, because that URL is your access link

Marketing Cookies

These measure whether our posts and ads bring anyone here. They load only after you allow the marketing category, and never on a page you reached from one of our emails.

• LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company): loads once you allow marketing, sets LinkedIn's own cookies and tells LinkedIn which of our pages you visited, so we can measure our LinkedIn posts and ads

To withdraw marketing consent, open the cookie settings below and clear the marketing category: the tag stops loading immediately. Cookies LinkedIn has already placed on your device are cleared through your browser settings or LinkedIn's own advertising controls.

Third-Party Cookies

Some third-party services we use may set their own cookies:

• Stripe: may set cookies during the payment process for fraud prevention and security
• Cloudflare Turnstile: may set cookies for invisible bot protection on forms. These cookies are essential for security and are not used for tracking.
