By accessing or using myGEOscore (mygeoscore.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

myGEOscore provides AI search readiness analysis for websites. We analyze publicly accessible web pages across 50+ factors and provide a GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) score with improvement recommendations.

User Accounts

You do not need an account to use the free analysis. When you provide your email to unlock results or purchase a report, you agree to provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

Free Service

The free analysis provides an overall GEO score, category breakdown, and top improvement tips. Free analyses are limited to 3 per hour per IP address.

Paid Reports

Paid reports (Single Report and Pro) are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. All sales are final. Reports are delivered digitally and are available immediately after payment.

If you experience technical issues preventing access to your report, contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to submit bulk analyses without permission
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our analysis engine
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The myGEOscore service, including its analysis algorithms, scoring methodology, and website content, is our intellectual property. Your analysis reports are provided for your personal or business use. You may share your results but may not resell our reports.

Disclaimer

myGEOscore provides analysis and recommendations for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific improvements in AI search rankings. Results may vary based on many factors outside our control. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myGEOscore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
